Demo Booking Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance and no dates are final until confirmed. Look for your demo confirmation via fax and review it carefully. If you have not received your demo confirmation within 2 business days, please contact your Scheduler. By submitting this booking request you agree to have WDS perform the demos and agree to pay in full according to WDS terms. Cancellation Policy: For all cancellations, WDS requires written notice, 72 hours prior to the day of the demo. Any demonstration performed because of short cancellation notice will be due and payable by the customer(s). Split demo Note: Both items must be available or the demo will be rescheduled in a two-week period.
